John E. Tecca, Ph.D. Owner/Audiologist
Dr. Tecca has degrees from West Virginia University (Let’s Go Mountaineers!), Memphis State University and Purdue University. He has been practicing audiology since 1978 in university, not for profit clinic, medical office and private practice settings. He has authored research articles, book chapters and convention papers. Currently he devotes his time to patient care and managing the business side of Hearing Services & Systems.
Dr. Tecca is married to his high school sweet heart Lynn (still his sweet heart) and they have 3 children. He does his best to stay out of trouble by running most every day…not so fast anymore but still pretty far.
Kristy K. Deiters, Au.D Audiologist
Dr. Deiters received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Western Michigan University. She has experience in all areas of clinical audiology, has dabbled in research, and most enjoys working with adults and hearing aid technology. A native of Chesaning, Michigan, Kristy now lives in Portage with her husband, Josh, and their dog,
Guster. She really enjoys reading, gardening, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Beth Doxtator, Accounts Specialist
Beth began working at Hearing Services & Systems in 1990. She handles our billing and insurance claims. Beth will help you obtain reimbursement for your services and products if you have insurance benefits. Getting the benefits you are entitled can be a challenge but Beth is up to the job! Beth and her husband, Brian, have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She likes Hawaii, flower gardening, quilting and family
Wendy Duggan, Receptionist
Wendy has been employed at Hearing Services & Systems since 1998. She is the friendly voice on the phone when you call or the smiling face at the counter when you stop in to our office. Wendy will help you get the appointment time that you need and make your visit relaxing.
Wendy and her husband, Dan, have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Lynn Tecca, Owner/ Finance
Lynn has been behind the scenes at Hearing Services & Systems from the beginning. Lynn has worked as an accountant in business, university, banking, health care and not for profit organizations for 35 years. Lynn oversees “all things financial” while enjoying meeting so many new friendly people. Lynn has been married to John since the stone age. One by one their 3 children are flying from the nest.
